Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

At Atelier De Luxe, we are committed to delivering our collections to you with care and efficiency. The following terms outline our procedures for order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Processing and Lead Times

  • Order Processing: To ensure your items arrive promptly, all orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Estimate: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days for delivery. While we aim to meet these estimates, please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.

2. Shipping Destinations and Fees

We offer standard shipping Worldwide.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the pre-tax value of your order. Please refer to the chart below for specific rates.

  • Oversized Items: Certain speciality or oversized items may require an additional handling surcharge, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

  • Trade Accounts: Verified trade partners may be eligible for specific shipping terms, including complimentary shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

Please note that orders may be split into multiple shipments. In these instances, items purchased together may arrive on different days, and you will receive tracking information for each individual package.

4. Shipping Concerns and Discrepancies

We take great pride in our quality control and fulfilment accuracy. However, if there is an issue with your delivery:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please report any physical damage or incorrect merchandise within 48 hours of delivery (as outlined in our Refund Policy) to hello@atelierdeluxe.online.

  • Missing Packages: Any concerns regarding missing packages or non-delivery must be reported within 30 days of the original shipping date.

5. Cancellation Policy

To maintain our 48-hour processing commitment, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.

  • Cancellation Window: There is a limited window to cancel eligible items before processing begins. If the "Cancel Items" option is available in your order details, you may proceed with the cancellation.

  • Ineligible for Cancellation: If the cancellation option is no longer visible, it means the order has moved into the fulfilment stage. Once the order arrives, you may return eligible items according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Confirmation: If an item is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email, and you will not be charged for the cancelled merchandise.
