What is the approval timeline?

Most applications are reviewed and decided within 48 hours. More complex applications may take slightly longer. Your account manager will be in touch as soon as a decision is made.

How is the trade discount structured?

Trade members receive an exclusive discount across our hardware and lighting collections, with volume pricing available for larger projects. Pricing is applied at the account level so all authorised users on your account see trade pricing automatically when signed in.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order to remain in the programme. For volume pricing on bulk orders, please speak to your account manager — additional tiers apply once your order reaches certain thresholds.

Can I order samples before specifying?

Yes. Trade members can request physical samples from the hardware and lighting collections directly through their account manager. Samples are sent without charge for active trade accounts, subject to fair-use limits.

Can existing customers convert to a trade account?

Yes. If you have an existing Atelier de Luxe customer account and qualify under our eligibility criteria, you can apply through the form above. Mention your existing account in the Notes field and your trade pricing will be applied to your existing login on approval.

Do you accept international trade accounts?

Yes. We welcome applications from design professionals worldwide. International shipping rates, duties, and lead times apply. Your account manager will walk you through international project logistics during onboarding.
