Returns & Refunds Policy

At Atelier Deluxe, we are dedicated to providing an unparalleled shopping experience defined by quality and craftsmanship. We understand that on occasion, a selection may not meet your specific requirements. The following policy has been established to ensure a transparent, efficient, and fair process for all our clients.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period, which begins the moment your order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Clients wishing to initiate a return must do so within this timeframe. Requests submitted after the 30-day window has expired will, unfortunately, be ineligible for processing.

2. Eligibility & Product Integrity

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product excellence, all returns are subject to a meticulous inspection upon arrival at our facility. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the exact condition in which it was received, entirely unworn, uninstalled, unused, and unwashed.
  • Authentication & Tagging: All original brand tags, security seals, and labels must remain attached and undisturbed.
  • Complete Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, or protective materials.
  • Documentation: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to validate the transaction.

3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are strictly excluded from our return policy to ensure inventory integrity:

  • Discounted & Sale Items: All merchandise purchased at a discounted price, during a promotional event, or via a "Sale" section is considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on digital or physical gift cards.
  • Bespoke Items: Specific items may be designated as non-returnable for health and safety reasons. If you are unsure about the status of a specific product, please contact us prior to purchase.

4. Return Procedure

To ensure your return is handled with the appropriate care, please adhere to the following steps:

  • Request Authorisation: Contact our customer service team at hello@atelierdeluxe.online. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return.
  • Shipment Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and comprehensive instructions on where and how to send your package.
  • Unauthorised Returns: Items returned to our facility without prior authorisation (a requested and approved return) will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

We take immense pride in our quality control; however, if you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Contact us at hello@atelierdeluxe.online within 48 hours of delivery so that we may evaluate the issue and rectify the situation promptly. Failure to report damages within this window may limit our ability to offer a resolution.

6. Exchanges

To provide the fastest service and ensure you receive the desired replacement, we operate an exchange-by-return model. Please return the original item for a refund (as per the eligibility criteria above) and place a new, separate order for the replacement item through our online boutique.

7. Refund Processing & Financial Reconciliation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our system.
  • Banking Delays: Note that financial institutions and credit card issuers often require additional time (typically 3–5 business days) to post the transaction to your statement.
  • Support: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet seen the credit, please contact us immediately at hello@atelierdeluxe.online.
