SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer standard shipping options for orders within the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia.
Refer to the chart below to estimate shipping and handling fees based on the pre-tax value of your order. Some specialty and oversized items may require an additional handling surcharge.

At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be included in your Order Confirmation email. This estimate accounts for processing time, weekends, and national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will typically ship the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. Orders may be split into multiple shipments, and items purchased together may not always ship on the same day.
All product-related concerns, including missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
CANCELLATION
As soon as an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. While we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted, there is a short window to cancel eligible items before processing begins. Only items eligible for cancellation will be displayed, and all selected quantities of that item will be canceled. If the “Cancel Items” option is not available in your order details, cancellation is no longer possible. However, once your order arrives, eligible items may be returned or exchanged.
If an item is successfully canceled, a confirmation email with cancellation details will be sent to the email address on the order. You will not be charged for any canceled merchandise.
